A Vancouver native,
Ann grew up in
Edmonton playing
violin, piano, and guitar. From her start in
a high school talent show, she completed a
music program at Grant McEwan College,
recorded in New York, and started playing
gigs in Europe and Australia, as well as
across North America. Her three albums
have won critical acclaim, and range across
jazz, blues, soul, and traditional folk/country
styles.
Ann’s exquisite voice, knack for
melody, and poetic lyrics are complimented
on stage by her quirky, witty humor, making
her concerts memorable experiences. “Ann
