Patrick O'Brien

Patrick O'Brien grew up in Los Angeles, but has lived in Medicine Hat since 2005.  His songs tell stories about people trying to navigate the world, whether they're swimming through the uncertain waters of relationships or simply sitting on a mountain pondering the sunrise.  Often dark on the surface, Patrick's songs, at their best, also show a playfulness with language that lifts them up and encourages audiences to participate in the stories by drawing their own conclusions about the messages delivered.
